Hello! My names Michelle! I was born and raised in the Golden State-California. I've always had a love for different forms of art and loved anything that allowed me to be creative. I studied Fashion Marketing and Design at California State University, Sacramento. Since 2012, I've been working in management and makeup artistry for MAC Cosmetics. I love the art of makeup and witnessing how it can make a person feel. I've lived in Oahu for about 10 years now, and one thing that has remained constant in my heart is my love for photography. The beauty of Hawaii reignited that inspiration and passion even more. When I was about 3 years old my dad started teaching me all the basics of photography. I was the student and the subject. I truly believe I didn't find photography, it found me. It has given me the gift to create, explore, meet beautiful people, and to connect with my surroundings to tell a story.

My Approach
It's been known that I can be bit of a dreamer. Through my photography I love capturing those subtle opportunites that my clients don't realize is a "special moment". My goal is to make you and your loved ones feel as comfortable as possible. To allow those emotions to come through naturally - making your kids laugh, looking into your partners eyes, having fun skipping through the field if that's what you're into! I love it all!
To be completely honest, I love emotion.
As I flip through family albums and boxes of old photos, it's the memories that come flooding back that captures my heart. Weeks, months, years from now you can flip through an album or look back on a photo, and it holds so much - it can bring back how you felt, your mood, your thoughts in that moment, what was said or happening, where you were in your life - the nostalgia. Which is what I hope to create with you and your loved ones, those special moments you can look back on to tell your story.
